This Spanish restaurant invites you to explore traditional flavors anchored in genuine ingredients and time-honored techniques, breathing life into every dish.

The menu is a carefully curated journey through Spain’s beloved classics and innovative takes on familiar favorites. One cannot miss the Black Paella, a striking rendition that marries the briny richness of squid ink with succulent shrimp, clams, and squid, finished with Terry’s special alioli—a dish that encapsulates the depth and complexity of coastal Spanish cuisine. Another standout is the Tocino del Cielo Flan, a silky, ethereal dessert that lingers with its sweet sophistication.

The ambience reflects a bistro-style Spanish eatery, modest yet sincere, with a layout that balances intimacy and social vibrancy. Some patrons have noted the space leans toward a compact feel, reminiscent of the bustling tapas bars in Spain, offering a genuine atmosphere that focuses on the quality of food and service rather than grandeur. Signature dishes such as the Jamón Ibérico and Chicken Croquettes showcase the best of Spanish charcuterie and comfort food, while the Pumpkin Soup infused with authentic saffron offers a fragrant, velvety introduction to the meal. Terry’s is best suited for those eager to savor Spanish gastronomy in a relaxed urban enclave, perfect for food enthusiasts and wine aficionados alike. It melds culinary heritage with approachable sophistication, inviting guests to experience Spain’s diverse taste profile without leaving Metro Manila.

We went here today as it is only 5 minutes away from our apartment. Came in and being Friday, the place only had a few tables left. The menu is well balanced I think but very pricey. The place is not fine dining and looks more like a cramped cafeteria. The theme is Spanish with the menu and wine. Ive been to Spain and I think the closest to the atmosphere is Las Flores with tapas etc. Anyway, back to Terry’s, we tried the set menu as we could not decide what to have. It was the best thing because we had our fill. The staffs were friendly and helpful, service was quick, the servings were adequate. Only comment, it was too hot! The ac was on but too small for the space maybe and it was just not coping.

First time to try Terry’s! The atmosphere was quaint and cosy. They had products for sale on display, and the toilet was clean. Food was served quickly – we had Cochinillo Croquettes, Gambas, and Ox Tongue, which were all in great portions, and tasted really well. Probably my favourite gambas al ajillo ever! The oil was superb. Had yummy Sangria for my drink.

Do not get bullied into the corner table to kitchen. This is the only non super positive aspect of my visit. Cool set-up of bistro style dining with wine and food stall serving as a shop. Wine you get from the shell is price as supermarket to allow you to focus on a Spanish cuisine.

The place is a bit pricey but definitely worth a try. I really liked their RABO DE TORO A LA CORDOBESA. Since this branch is in Salcedo, street parking is free at night and on Sundays.
